Dancing our Vitality!
Join us to explore and reconnect with our inner potential of Vitality through dance, movement, music and genuine connection. Vitality in Biodanza refers to the energy available for action, to increasing the level of health and having a strong motivation to live.
We will dance to warm the heart and nourish the body. It is a space for you to breathe out, play, move, quiet an overactive thinking mind and leave feeling uplifted, restored and ready for whatever life brings.
This is an opportunity to get out of our heads and come back into our bodies, to let go of stress and allow our vital energy to flow!
