What we're about

This meetup is for people in Toronto looking to attend healthy cooking workshops taught in a small intimate setting at a Certified Culinary Nutritionists home with a maximum of 3-4 people.

Our primary focus is gluten-free, dairy-free and healthy organic meals made from scratch. You will be served a full meal when you attend these classes and you will also learn about topics such as, gut dysbiosis, leaky gut, autoimmune diseases, boosting your immune health, improving your digestion and improving your energy levels depending on the theme of the class.

The classes are priced at $85 and tickets are sold via Eventbrite (prices are subject to change)

The aim of these classes is to encourage you to apply practical strategies in your own life that will help you move a step closer to achieving better health and will also hopefully provide you a support system & a group of likeminded individuals that you can rely on for motivation towards meeting your health goals.

As with everything, you only get what you put in, so we ask that you attend at least 1 meetup every year with this group to avoid being removed. I will be sending you a gentle reminder at 6 months and another reminder a couple weeks before your 1 year in the group is up.
