Any book recommendations?

Let the Great World Spin, by Colum McCann

Who is your favorite author?

I don`t really have a favorite author. I devour books, so I usually just wander down random aisles at the library and pick out books at random. I am not usually disappointed. :) But, to give you two examples: I like authors like Sophie Kinsella for her witty dialogues, and Colum McCann for the way he writes such interesting short stories and characters in such a way that makes you forget that the short story is going to be linked up to the main tightrope story at some point.

What is your favorite book?

How to win friends and influence people - such a classic!

Any venue suggestions?

Bedford Academy looks like a pretty cool venue. I`d also suggest the Granite Brewery at Eglinton and Mt Pleasant - it`s got a great back room that would fit all 50 ppl.

I love reading, and I can`t wait to get to know like-minded people.
