A MINDFUL WALK ALONG THE DON RIVER TRAILS & ENDING UP AT THE DELI COUNTER AND ROOFTOP PATIO AT THE BIG CARROT
This will be held in conjunction with the TORONTO VEGGIE MEETUP and will end at the deli counter (and rooftop patio) at the Big Carrot.
We request that everyone who orders food at the end of the walk to please stick to a vegetarian option.
Please note: you do not have to order food at the end, but can simply come to the rooftop patio to socialize, you can even leave at the end of the mindful walk and skip the meal all together.
This Mindful walk will be led by, Allan Clews, an expert on Mindfulness and mystical practices (and a vegetarian since 1983).
This meetup is FREE.

The actual technique that will be taught on these walks is called Self-Remembering – which can be simply defined as "consciously looking, listening and smelling while at the same time sensing your body as one organic whole."
Even if it only rains in the morning, this will make some of the lower paths muddy and inaccessible. So please check this listing on Sunday morning before you come.
