What is your running history (when did you start running, what is your longest run to date)?
I have always runned, but seriously started 2 years again
What are your running/fitness goals? What distance runs interest you? Are you also interested in meet ups on complimentary topics (stretching, diet, cross-training, running apparel, etc.) and activities (yoga, x-country ski, kayaking, cycling)?
10 km-half, would like to structure my pratice more, increase my speed, and start the stretching 5i never do that!)
What area within Toronto would you wish to find running meet-ups scheduled at?
