Hey Everyone! If you don't know me yet my name is Natalie and I am a Personal Trainer and Fascial Stretch Therapist. I have been training in Toronto since 2009 and am here to help!
I provide solutions to busy women on how to take care of their bodies and minds through living a Healthy, Fit life. I focus on teaching my clients how to control their core and full body strength. We also focus on flexibility and recovery techniques like mobility and yoga. Nutrition and Goal setting are a huge part of my programs as well!
