What we're about
This group is a community of women looking to lose weight through healthier habits, such as exercise and whole foods nutrition. We will meet every other week to share our success and frustrations in a positive supportive group. There will be guest speakers on the topics that will help us be successful in our journey of getting healthy as well as fun events ~ we need to celebrate our wins no matter how big or small. Progress is still progress, no matter how slow or fast.
