DON'T DO IT ALONE : Autumnal Equinox Ride along the Humber Trail

These rides are for people who do not wish to cycle too fast.

Meet in the parking lot of Etienne Brule Park (Below Old Mill Subway) for a slow and easy evening ride along the Lower Humber Recreational Trail to usher in the first day of Fall.
We will ride North on the Humber Trail to the staircase at Cruickshank Park where the trail ends (North of Lawrence), then return to the start. A total distance of around 20kms round trip. (If the group wants to extend the ride further north, depending on time and remaining daylight, we will.
The ride will be an easy pace. The trail is mostly paved path and will be fine for those with Road bikes, Hybrids or Mountain bikes.
Please make sure to bring enough water, a cycling helmet and lights! (This time of year, twilight begins around 7:30pm).
