FITNESS-IN-THE-PARK

Your first class is FREE! Come join us for one hour each Saturday morning at 7:30 am for a fun fitness class in the park! Our group classes are fun and focused on interval/circuit training for a variety of fitness levels. This is NOT a macho bootcamp. It’s a chance to get your exercise in early , meet new friends and diversify (or start) your fitness routine. All fitness levels welcomed, so bring a friend and try it out.

You get a chance at a prize at the end of each workout! The only group fitness class with a raffle at the end of your hard work!

When: 7:30 AM each Saturday morning

Where: Torrance Park, at Cabrillo Ave & Santa Fe

Meeting Place: Meet at the basketball courts, near the children’s playground at the very east end of the park. Don’t forget your thick mats!

Parking: Great parking in the lot across the street on Santa Fe & Andreo.

What to bring: at least a 1/4 in mat, water, and hand towel.

Torrance Park

• What we'll do: An hour of low-impact, highly effective interval training with the finest trainer in the South Bay! Muscles For Me has been hosting this class since 2008! It is effective, thorough, safe, effective and even includes a raffle drawing at the end of each class! • What to bring: Please bring thick mat, hand towel, water, and hand weights • Important to know: This is not a boot-camp for 20-something athletes. This is for over 40-yr olds who want to be active and stay young!

Essential Stretch & Conditioning

MusclesForMe Private Fitness Training

$20.00

This class focuses on dynamic and static stretches performed by yourself or with a partner, using neurofascial release methods, core-strengthening, basic yoga poses, and self-healing techniques. 45-min class (limited to 5 students). $80/month per class. Discounts available for multi-class enrollment. Class A – Mondays, 7:05 pm Class B – Fridays, 1030 am Class C – Sundays, 9 am (my german shepards will be present as support dogs) RSVP required.
