We are group Fitness and Health coaches from the New York City area coming together to share our fitness and health with the community. We see health and fitness is vital in our lives and sometimes not easily accessible in the hustle and bustle of new york city. We aim to offer fitness classes, health talks, and wide spectrum of fun activities in fitness and health. We hope to challenge your mind, body and spirit in process and show that you have untapped greatness within you.
1. A Cardio to warm up the body. (we might do a lap or 2 around the block)
b. Dynamic stretches / movement prep
2. Power/ Strength (using the equipment in the store and body weight)
3. Metabolic conditioning / core
4. Cool down/ meditation
We are very specific with training format. We utilize different formats depending on each class.
All participant will get a discount, Just ask me about it when you come to the store.
