How To Kick The Sugar Habit
A complimentary interactive one-hour talk: Presented by Transformational Nurse Health and Life Coach, Rose Ludwig RN CHC CHt Everyone knows sugar is not good for us, but how do we cut back on our sugar consumption when it’s in just about everything and it tastes so darn good? Is eating sugar an addiction? How bad is it for us anyway? How can we break away from the cravings? These are some of the questions Rose will be answering. She will be discussing the following in her one-hour talk: • What sugar does to our body • Why we start eating sugar, where in our everyday diet it shows up, and why we can’t stop eating it • Tips on how to transform sugar cravings so we can kick the habit for good The New Year is almost upon us and people are getting ready to declare their New Year’s resolutions. It is a well-known fact that most people are not able to sustain their intentions beyond the first month after declaring them. I address this issue in my talk and provide tips on how to remain committed when resistance or distractions show up. What we're about

I am changing the mission and content of this Meetup. Am an an RN and a Health and Lifestyle Coach who is passionate about being part of the health Revolution sweeping this country. Our current health care system is failing as we watch the increase of chronic illness and overall ill health. It is time we all take responsibility for our own health and wellbeing through knowledge, commitment and action. Lets educate ourselves, make better healthier choices in our everyday lives, and support each other to be our most vibrant awesome selves in this precious life we live. My mission is to provide , knowledge, support and accountability to those who are ready to take this responsibility seriously. We are given such a short period of time in this life. Why not make it the best we can, by honoring our mind/body/soul wellbeing? I offer this Meetup as a platform to offer online and in-person experiential presentations and discussions to educate and support members on a variety of health related topics.

I welcome everyone interested and do ask that if you sign up for an event and then need to cancel for any reason, that you un-RSVP, so I can plan on how many people to expect to that event. Thank you in advance for this courtesy.
