I'm glad to hear that you're training so consistently.? I'm sure trying to keep up with all of those disciplines is tough to do.? I myself have been busy mostly teaching but I hope to get my own training back up to speed.? I also have a lot to maintain but teaching my classes has been helpful for that.?
I'd love to get together sometime.
