Tour de Cure is one of the bay area's premier cycling , running and walking events open to all that are interested in healthy lifestyle activities and passionate about curing diabetes. This annual event provides essential funding to the American Diabetes Association (ADA) and helps with our commitment to support diabetes research, education and advocacy in our community.
This group is for bicycle riders, walkers, runners, volunteers, and donors who share in our cause to Stop Diabetes. Our common bond is supporting Tour de Cure - the ride, the fundraiser, the mission. And a big part of that includes having fun on bicycle rides throughout the Bay area. This group is open to everyone, including people who are getting started on a bike, people looking to improve health and fitness through cycling, people with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes who want to learn how to control their sugars AND enjoy cycling. And of course, we want you to participate in Tour de Cure (Wine Country - Sunday, May 3, 2020) and Silicon Valley Sunday June 14, 2020), whether as a fundraising rider, walker, runner, volunteer, or supporting audience.
