This fitness group is for anyone looking to get outside for their strength and endurance training! I'm a CT based Personal Trainer and Social Worker combining physical and emotional fitness. I strongly believe that getting outside and moving is one of the best gifts we can give to our mind/body wellness! Join me for an hour of walking/running on a gravel road/woods trails in beautiful Haddam, CT- combined with an interval style HIIT workout for strength, balance, endurance, and flexibility.
I can modify the workout for anyone with a base level of fitness. Go at your own pace!
