Hey! You gonna eat or what?

Their slogan is "Distinctive Food with a Bad Attitude" and proudly proclaim, "People don't just want to eat. They want to sin." Eric, the owner of this trailer, knows his sandwiches and loves to play around, just like the many outstanding Yelp reviews love the food. There is the Shiner Bock-battered Monte Cristo with cherry fig jelly, smoked ham and brie with dried cranberries and cherries in homemade spicy honey mustard, the Lone Star BLT with fried green tomatoes and fire-roasted poblano pepper aioli, and several more! Sides include homemade chips, fried green tomatoes with jalapeño jelly, and chicken-fried Texas bacon with remoulade.

Remember to BYOB for dinner. Afterward, we can take a short walk to one of the many south Congress pubs to top the evening off with a cocktail and continue the fun conversation with friends!

I was feeling far tamer on a Tuesday but this meet up was very nice. I loved the monte Christi and the turkey sandwich. The chips were very fresh but not super evenly cooked so some were a touch oily and bendy and others were perfectly delicious. Overall great time.

Google maps is wrong again. The address is correct, but the pin is in the wrong spot. The trailer is at the corner of Congress and Gibson on the north side of Perla's. It's behind the crepe trailer (the only one visible from Congress).

All of our events are at trailers. That is the one "rule" for, and hence the name of, this group.
