What we're about

This group is for women who are invested in their own growth and development. We will focus on ways to transform our inner being and step into flow manifestation. All members of our community are welcome to step into this space where we honor ourselves and each other in our journey.
Our meetings will be varied, but all dedicated to increasing your clarity, confidence, and commitment. If you want to be able to express your divine feminine in your lives, raise your vibration, and become your BEST empowered self, this is the place for you! 
Some meetings will focus on visioning to become more connected to your soul truths. Others will seek inspiration to apply at your growing edge by focusing on your current challenges. Some will be about centering and uplifting you, our community, and our planet. Some will be about getting things done through the power of collaborative accountability.
You will experience healing, inspiration, motivation, breakthrough, and connection.
We can't wait to meet and support you.

Here's the flow of each session...
~ Intros + centering (10 min)
~ Planning: Mindfully review calendar + to-do lists (5 min)
~ Intention setting: Today's focus (5 min)
~ Action! Two 25 min sessions (with a 5 min break in the middle)
~ Progress + wisdom share (10 min)

You can use this time to answer emails, make progress on a project, follow up with clients, fold and put away clothes, read, write, draw, work on a school assignment, do a workout, reach out to family or friends, pay some bills ... or just feel the satisfaction of getting some stuff done!

Using Tapping (EFT) for Transformation

Hello Everyone,

The Tapping for Transformation meeting is your opportunity to learn about and apply this Emotional Freedom Technique to the areas of your life where strong negative emotions are showing up. Tapping is described as psychological acupressure that can miraculously relieve physical pain and emotional distress.

Please note that these meetings provide a safe space to share personal challenges. With this in mind, your choice to attend means that you will hold and respect this by maintaining confidentiality and compassion for what is disclosed. I will be closing the doors at 7.05 pm so as not to disrupt this presence. I also request that you only attend if you are willing and able to interact by activating your video and audio.

Law of Attraction for Your Desired Change

Hello Everyone,

Law of Attraction for Your Desired Change is a round table meeting where we discuss Universal Laws and principles of the Law of Attraction. I follow the premise that the Law of Attraction is an expression of the Law of Love. (Check out my blog posts at the end of the email for more detail)

The basic principle of the Law of Attraction is that you experience at the level at which you vibrate. At a deeper level, the drive behind the things we want to manifest is LOVE. So, it is really about the expression of love in the things that you desire.

You can engage in this process by following the steps: ASK, ALIGN and ACT.
• When you ASK you intentionally do so out of love.
• You use ALIGN to intentionally change your expression to that of love. - • When you ACT, you do so where these first two aspects overlap.

Over time this leads to greater joy in the three major domains of life (1) Relationships, (2) Career and Finance, and (3) Health and Well-being.

This is your opportunity to develop and share your dreams and intentionally move towards love.
