Shakti Flow Yoga

A combination of Kundalini, Vinyasa, and Hatha Yoga, Shakti Flow uses Tantric principles to reunite the masculine and feminine qualities that are present in everyone. At times dynamic and fiery, at times pacifying and cooling, Shakti Flow will leave you feeling balanced, energetic and relaxed, equally.

This practice will include Pranayama (breathing exercises), Asana (Yoga postures), and Meditation.

Please bring a mat and PLEASE confirm your RSVP (spaces are limited to 10)

This class will take place at 77 Rue du Charonne, 75011 (Metro 9- Charonne, or Metro 8- Bastille)
Door Code: B3478 4th Floor- Walk through the courtyard and take the steps or elevator up to the 4th Floor. Walk along the outdoor walkway to the last room on the right.
