Bread-making Made Easy

Bread-making Made Easy

Saturday, January 25th, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.

Anybody who's eaten a slice of Andover resident Harvey Pine's homemade bread knows how good it is -- here's your chance to learn how to make this easy Dutch oven bread yourself. Join Harvey in his kitchen to learn the process, help turn out a few loaves, and sample the end result; bring an apron and plan on getting your hands in the dough. Participants in this informal free-of-charge workshop are limited to 12; and there are already 6 people signed up.

So... in addition to  RSVPing here on Meetup,  please RSVP to Susan Chase at [masked] or[masked] if you'd like to attend.

The Pines live at 23 Switch Road, the first house on the left off Route 11 between Andover and East Andover. This gathering is co-sponsored by the Kearsarge Valley Transition Initiative and the Andover Public Library.

Harvey Pine is a Professor of Environmental Studies at Colby-Sawyer College.
