What we're about

Transitional Space is a safe & fun community for any transgender identifying folks and allies!

Everyone is welcome! We have events for adults, youths, family and friends.

We host a community chat on Discord (https://discord.gg/xzMDK6q), social events, sports/athletic events, outdoor activities, gaming (table top & video), support groups much, much more!

In addition to the events, Transitional Space is also exploring ways to serve the transgender community. A few examples include creating care packages, a clothing exchange program, resource lists and we have lots more ideas for the future.

So come hang out with us for a spell <3

GORUCK Training

Cranes Roost Park

WALKING IS NOT ENOUGH AND RUNNING SUCKS. Do you want to… Be more active? Burn more calories? Get stronger? Improve your posture? Have a healthier heart? Be part of a Ruck Hard Play Hard community? Yeah, us too. Rucking is the path. RUCK•ING [VERB] Carrying a weighted pack on your back. It implies action, energy, and purpose. Rucking is the foundation of most military training. Soldiers are well versed in shouldering heavy rucks through cities, mountains, jungles and deserts, in war and in peace -- alone when they must, together whenever possible. Rucking requires strength, endurance, and character -- and builds it, too. Note: Hiking is rucking in the mountains, urban hiking is simply called rucking. Rucking can be done at any weight. Now rucking in the military sense generally sucks, you have to march all day and dig in at night blah blah blah. We're not gonna do that obviously! We're going to have a nice stroll around the lake, get a good workout in, and hang out with some cool folks. Our Wednesday training days are perfect for beginners and advanced ruckers. It's really simple, all you really need is a backpack and some weight to put in it. Water is great of course too. Another thing a lot of beginners utilize is a camel pack. Just fill that up with water and use that as your ruck until you can get some weight plates and a proper rucksack. If you don't have any of those things, still feel free to come out and hang out with us and take a hike around the lake. This event is free! However, donations are appreciated https://patreon.com/TransitionalSpace
