Hey 2.0-ers,

I'm looking for one travel statup to give a presentation at an event that I am helping to organize called Travel+SocialGood, which will occur on September 20, 2013. Here is the website with more information: (more info about venue, speakers and panelists to be posted soon)

The goal of the event is to explore the nexus between travel, technology and social good, and come away with actionable plans for a global impact.

This event is being organized in coordination with the +SocialGood campaign ( as part of the Social Good Summit. The +SocialGood initiative is headed by the UN Foundation, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and Mashable. (

I am looking for a travel startup that is aiming to make a social impact in any of the following areas, or a related area:
- economic
- environmental
- sustainability
- social responsibility

If you are working on a travel startup that you believe is a good fit and you would be interested in presenting at this event, please reply directly to me with a pitch.

ALSO, I hope to have a Travel 2.0 event in New York in August. If you are interested in presenting to the group please let me know, and if I don't have a good candidate for a presentation we'll likely do a happy hour.
