Have you been thinking about visiting India for a while but not too sure if it's for you? Come and find out. Travel Buddies are heading to India twice this year and we thought it would be great to meet up for an Indian meal and give members the opportunity to meet Di, who is hosting the trips and to come and get a feel for how the trips will run, who else will be going and just quite what to expect.... This is India after all. Voujon Bari has a super Banquet menu on a Wednesday evening with any starter, Main course, Side dish and rice of Naan Bread for only £11.95. We will meet inside the restaurant at 7.30pm. you will need to pay £2 via Paypal to secure your space on the evening and then we will all pay for our meals on the night. During our first trip we will be visiting Delhi, Agra, Ranthambore and Jaipur. Visiting the breathtakingly beautiful Taj Mahal, heading out on a tiger safari, sampling street food and painting elephants at an elephant sanctuary are just a sample of what the group will be getting up too. We only have a couple of spaces left on this trip but here's the opportunity to find out more and join the group. It is running from the 13th-27th October. For those Travel Buddies that have visited India before and are perhaps looking to visit different areas of this vast country our second trip encompasses Delhi, Jodphur, Udaipur and Pushkar. The atmosphere will be electric as we are here during the Diwali, The festival of lights. What an adventure it is too...... Ride in a rickshaw, experience a Bollywood show at the kingdom of dreams, take a cooking class, go on a village safari and visit the Pushkar camel fair. This trip will be on site by the weekend and takes place between the 28th October and the 11th November. 15 of the group visited India last October and had such an amazing time so if you have been thinking about paying a visit yourself why not come along for dinner and we can answer all of your questions. It really is a life changing destination, and somewhere that may not necessarily be on your bucket list but a trip to India will never disappoint. It's a completely epic adventure!
