    This is not a hardcore trekking trip, but some hike at locations to catch most of the magnificent sights. Suitable for active folks.

    To help enjoy high altitude terrain, regular activities like power walk, step climbing, swimming, jogging and cardiac exercise are ideal to prepare yourself for trip like this.
