I have developed the "Eating with a Happy Heart" Program 14 years ago in an effort to help people who use food for the wrong reasons, and who have spent lots of time, money and energy trying to heal this aspect of their life. I have lived this program because I suffered for many years with this very issue and so I look forward to sharing with you how I overcame this challenge.
