Spin and run
We'll start with a light stretching then we’ll do a brick workout of 5mn spin/run (the run is on the track) with 1 to 2 minute high /low intervals for an hour( if you have SPD clits shoes bring then so you can practice transition as well) then If you still Alive we’ll go down to the gym for some core training.
This is limited to 4 people.

You’ll need a membership with the city park recreation center $75.00 and trust me this is the best $75 you’ll send this year. It will give you access to all there center and there beautiful 66 million dollar Olympic pool in flushing where I will organize some swim workout in the future.
