Come Tri Vegan with us! This is a triathlon training group that promotes a vegan diet. Group is open to all levels of ability, vegan or not. Goal is to get people active and compete in triathlons while learning about a whole foods plant based diet. If you want to learn how to train for a triathlon as well as some tips about nutrition this is a good place to start.
Looking to do a Brick session (bike/run). Bike will likely be 45 mins (4 x 4 mins with 2 mins recovery). Finish with Run 3 x 1 mile (5mins) with 2 mins recovery (total for run 30 mins). That's the plan but things can always change. Beast mode!!! Park on the south side off of Ball Road, next to golf field. If you need more info message me.
