A group of Triangle area-based (Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill) Nia instructors and their students, and those who want to learn more about the Nia practice and living happily in their bodies. Step into a Nia class and feel strengthened, flexible, relaxed, and more balanced, emotionally and physically. Nia is a low-impact mind-body fitness class which combines dance, martial arts and healing arts such as yoga. This class is easy on the joints and students are encouraged to move according to their body's way, so it is a wonderful workout for all ages. We host regular events which introduce Nia to new audiences and create opportunities to become part of the Triangle Nia community.
