Appetizer: Vegan Pozole Soup
1st Course: Southwest Salad and avocado dressing
2nd Course: Vegetable Enchilada with homemade Pico di Gallo and Guacamole
Dessert: Tequila Avocado sorbet
Everything is made fresh from scratch that afternoon by Chef Patrick. All dishes are also vegan and oil-free! Participants will receive the recipe for at least one of the dishes that the chef prepares.
Attendees are required to make reservations in advance, and they can do so by calling customer service. It is only $25.00 per person, and folks can pay by phone or in the store, also done at customer service. The phone number is: 919-828-5805.
