Join us on April 23, the day after Earth Day, for a casual evening of conversation and outdoor fun at Raleigh’s biggest park! We’ll hear from organizers and advocates from local organizations as they share their insights about environmental initiatives happening here in the Triangle. In addition to some broad conversation about living healthy and sustainably, Dorothea Dix Park will discuss the future of the park and its role in the lives of young adults and Oaks and Spokes will talk with us about alternative transportation and its role in maintaining a sustainable lifestyle.     Triangle YP Civitan Club is excited to partner with Trophy Brewing Company to host November's Charity Draft Line in support of Inter-Faith Food Shuttle! Since 1989, Food Shuttle has been a pioneer in creating innovative, transformative solutions designed to end hunger in our community. The Food Shuttle distributes almost six million pounds of food per year and teaches skills for self-sufficiency including culinary job skills, shopping and cooking healthy on a budget, and how to grow food. You can support the great work of Food Shuttle this month by enjoying a great Trophy beer! Trophy Tap and Table will generously donate $1 to Food Shuttle for each Charity Draft Line beer sold during the month of November. The holiday season is an especially meaningful time to support Food Shuttle and help many families who may otherwise not have access to holiday meals. Join us on Friday, Nov. 2 as we raise a glass to a fun month of fundraising!
