Picnic at the park

Bring the kids for a potluck picnic.  If you don't have kids, come and enjoy the beautiful beginning-of-summer weather, and relax for a while.

Walnut park is well hidden at the corner of Walnut street and Lawrence road.  The entrance to the park is on Lawrence road about 1/10th mile from the intersection with Walnut.

To find the lawn area of the park, follow the sidewalk with the "braid" brick pattern past all of the swings and slides and such - the lawn will be on the right.

It was good to see so many people that I had not seen for a while.

Hi guys. I will bring some Toufu, or some similar Chinese food. And of course, some chopsticks.

Hey, since this is a potluck, we should post what we're going to bring and share. I'll bring a picnic blanket, cups, plates, napkins, silverware (well, plasticware), soda, and some deli dish from the grocery store. (You didn't really think I was going to cook, did you?!?) At least one more picnic blanket would be good, plus more food of course.

Dajia hao. I just returned from two months in China. What an amazing trip. An observation: all temples are at the top of the mountain and there are no elevators. Consider China an exercise program.
