I run because it's always been a part of my life. It's more fun to run with others...

Please also tell us the type of runner you are and the runs that would interest you. For example, do you run every day or are you a casual runner looking to get motivated for longer runs?

Right now I'm a casual runner... a former serious runner. Through my teens and 20s I would run 40-80 miles per week.
