    Access: Leh is well connected via road and air. Air route is operational all round the year, whereas road is operational only from June to October.

    Chadar Trek 2017 Itinerary
    Day 01: Reach Leh & Acclimatize

    Day 02: Leh – Chilling – Tilat Do Trek (Drive/3-4 hrs & Trek/1 hr)

    Day 03: Tilat Do – Shingra koma Trek (Trek 9-10 km. / 4-5 hours)

    Day 04 : Shingra koma – Tibb Cave Trek (Trek 10-11 km. / 5-6 hours)

    Day 05 : Tibb Cave – Nyerak (Trek 9-10 km. / 9 hours)

    Day 06 : Nyerak – Tibb Cave (Trek 9-10 km. / 9 hours)

    Day 07 : Tibb Cave – Shingra Koma Trek (Trek 10-11 km. / 5-6 hours)

    Day 08 : Shingra Koma–TilatDo–Leh

    Day 09 : Group breakup after breakfast


    Inclusion

    • Accommodation in Leh. (Hotel,guest house, home stay with heating system)

    •  Transport required in the trek

    • Highly advanced & certified mountaineering guide & skilled local Guide who have ample knowledge of the route

    • Vegetarian meals on the trek (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner), Cooks/Helper and other requisite staff.

    • Porters/mules for carrying common equipment (like rations/tents/utensils/), Equipment – Tents on sharing basis / Sleeping bags / Sleeping Mats

    • Sleeping mattress and sleeping bag (We would prefer that one should carry his/her own sleeping bag due to hygiene issues, if one has)

    • Any equipment required (Ropes, Carabiner, and Ice-axe etc.), all permit fee

    • Basic First aid Kit

    Exclusions

    • Personal Porters for carrying backpacks of trekkers

    • Personal trekking equipment – like trekking poles or sleeping bag liners

    • Personal insurance or cost of emergency evacuation

    • Food to/from the trail head

    • Purchases of personal natures (like mineral water bottles/bottled or canned beverages/chocolates/dry fruits etc)
