FREE Open Studio! Bring in your Sewing & Craft Projects - Saturday, December 3

Do you have sewing and craft projects at home that you need help finishing? Come into our Open Studio! Trixy will help you finish your projects! You may also use our sewing machines during Open Studio as long as you have experience using one. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Please RSVP! Space is limited! We are currently not accepting walk-ins at this time.

Join us for our $20 Hand Sewing Class before Open Studio from 12-2pm! We will be making Stuffed Animal Keychains out of recycled materials. :)

When: Saturday, December 3 from 2-5pm.

Participants Must Bring: Whatever projects they need guidance making or completing!

Instructor: Marie Gouwens is the owner and designer of Trixy Xchange. She specializes in costumes and upyclced clothing. She believes in taking care of the world that we inhabit, and therefore creates a generous amount of designs that are upcycled from clothing and materials that are donated to her studio! It's a creative challenge that she has embraced, which also keeps her designs fresh, beautiful and eco-friendly.

Directions to Studio: Trixy Xchange is located in the Flat Iron Arts Building in Wicker Park. When you get to the 2nd floor, take a left at the top of the stairs, take another immediate left, go around the bend, and look for our Clothing Recycling Bin in front of our studio!
