Mindfulness is the energy of being aware and awake to the present moment. It is the continuous practice of touching life deeply in every moment of daily life. We follow the teachings of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. Our practice consists of a half-hour seated meditation, brief walking meditation, readings, tea and dharma sharing. New practicioners encouraged to come the first Thursday of the month for orientation. All are welcome. Cushions provided. Family days and other events offered.

Our sangha is connected to local dharma teachers, Blue Cliff Monastery in Pine Bush, NY, and Plum Village in France.
