What we're about

What happens when women get together and genuinely tell the truth, be transparent and lovingly embrace one another in a sacred and safe space?

I woke up one day with a vision for a women's circle called Truth in Telling with Nancy. I thought about creating a tribe with my soul sisters...the wives, the mothers, the daughters, the sisters, the caretakers, the healers, the lovers, and the professionals.

At times we carry the weight of the world on our shoulders. As women, sometimes we feel responsible for it all. Without support and a sisterhood community, we can be dying on the vine...silently...inside. We are supposed to be strong, handle it all or rise above it. We are strong for sure, but my vision had nothing to do with coming up with strategies to overcome, surpass, having-it-all-together, doing it all or even "having it all".

My vision is about REAL women telling the truth. This doesn't mean telling your secrets in public. This is about doing the deep inner work, being in the inquiry of your life, and telling the truth to yourself about yourself...how it really is for you. Being okay with not having it ALL HANDLED. It's about knowing where you are right now and where you want to be. We welcome the fears, doubts, judgments, guilt, shame, grief, sorrow, the pressures, and even the joys.

Turning away from ourselves is what we've been programmed to do all our lives. Turning in creates the space for shifts to happen. Being vulnerable, real and at peace with our truth is our path to FREEDOM. Self-acceptance emerges and moves through you, through deep exploration, and curiosity about what drives you, motivates you, and makes you human.

This is what this community is all about.

It's about letting go and releasing all the "should's" and "have to's". My desire is that we all become more self aware and that through this practice, we all awaken to our highest selves and our beautiful BEING emerges into it's freedom.

There is a subtle distinction I envision. This circle is not a haven for "victim consciousness", not group therapy or support group. I do not have anything against either. That kind of support is extraordinary but this is for my soul sisters who are in a different space of their development.

Though I invite all of us to support one another in our future desires, personal and spiritual development, my invitation is for my psychologically stable sisters that don't spend the majority of their life energy in crisis that require more time, energy, attention or emotional resources that we can provide here.

We all still have "stuff" and that is my point and our truth, but we are focused on personal, professional and spiritual evolution. This is were we grow. Tears are welcome as well as laughter...fear as well as grace.

I am a spiritual and ontological practitioner and personal development coach and my vision is that all human beings live an inspired life, that we all live more consciously and that we wake up to our innate gifts and unlimited potential. Let's play!
