Come join the Tucson AquaPonics Project as we demonstrate live aquaponics systems at the Tucson Festival of Books. You can share what you know, and learn even more from our more experienced members. Come when you can, stay as long as you want. 6,000 people last year stopped to ask questions, we need help to be able to answer them all!
Our exhibit is in the BIO5 Science City 'Science of Everyday Life' pavilion, on the U/A Mall by the planetarium.
Free admission and Free public parking in the University's surface lots and in six garages: Cherry Avenue, Highland Avenue, Main Gate, Park Avenue, Sixth Street and Tyndall Avenue (the Second Street Parking Garage is not available for the public). Because the University will be on spring break, Festival participants and spectators won't be competing with students for parking.
Don't forget to bring your hat and a water bottle. Tucson AquaPonics project volunteer name badges will be provided. I hope to see you there.
