Aromatherapy, also known as Essential Oil therapy, is described as the art and science of utilizing naturally extracted aromatic essences from plants to balance, harmonize and promote the health of body, mind, and spirit. We will learn WHY they are so powerful, HOW to use them and you will have a chance to TRY oils yourself. Future classes will demonstrate how to amplify your yoga and meditation practice. We will have one class featuring a Naturopathic doctor who will discuss how she uses essential oils for therapeutic benefits with clients.
