We'll meet in person to discuss and work on our recovery -- regardless of whether you consider yourself eating disordered or not, one of the keys to recovery from any ED is learning to eat Intuitively. We'll likely explore the book Intuitive Eating (Tribole & Resch) as well as the accompanying workbook. But we'll take it further... we might listen to a podcast on the topic, have a guest speaker, whatever. It's also my vision that we'll support each other outside of the group, as well. That can take many forms such as buddying up, field trips, etc. This group is for you if: --you would like to be more in tune with your body and any issues you have with food, whether restricting, the diet mentality that leads you around in circles, yo-yo weight, body image, etc. --you're in recovery from an eating disorder and would like to learn the principles of Intuitive Eating with a supportive group --you are ready to be at peace with food and your body.
