Building up our confidence by committing to one small promise at a time.
Show up that's all you have to do, the rest will be easy.
This Group will meet once per week, every Tuesday morning outside Bonsor Recreational Complex in Burnaby beside Metrotown and Metrotown SkyTrain Station.
We meet on the gravel field beside the parking lot. We will do circuit training and there will be various stations setup. By the end there will be small rewards for showing up and working out!

I have plans to grow this group so we do a big challenge every three months and we have a goal to work towards. Stay committed because you know you must show up as others will hold you accountable!
Know you are working towards a reward at the end of the session!
Put it into your weekly schedule and block out this 1 hour once per week!
Improve your flexibility, stamina, strength!
