Basic technical footwear, clothing & equipment are a necessity! Waterproofs essential in bad conditions. Recommend ankle support hiking boots but not essential! No trainers! No jeans!
Packed Lunch – sandwiches, maybe soup, high-energy snacks & minimum 1-2 litres of water.
