Indoor Macro Photography Workshop
Hay Capital Round Up Club Inola,OK
Please join Jeanne Christian for this hands on workshop, based on our January Library Session. We will have various stations setup for macro photography. This allows everyone to work within a group or on your own, ask questions or just hang out.
Members are encouraged to bring things from home to experiment with and share with others. Think about your object and try to include a complementary background (could be scrap book paper for a tiny object), what kind of light will you use (available, window light, flash, reflective). For small objects, off camera flash may be used like studio lights. Mirrors and reflectors can help illuminate small objects. This is a great time to experiment shooting to stack images in post processing for greater depth of field.
Laptops can be brought as well for immediate viewing/tethered or stacking purposes. There are plenty of outlets in the building, but might bring an extension cord in case.
Feel free to bring snacks and water. You might want to photograph them up close before eating. :o)
