What we're about
The aim of this group is to build up an healing community.
We will learn how to use EFT. EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques and it's very empowering in helping anyone to get over stress, anxiety, anger and any kind of uncomfortable emotion we encounter in our every day life. In each group session we will share our personal journey, while using EFT. We will read spiritual books, meditate together, finding a way to unleash our true potential to the world.
