• 2 person massage                                     - $90  for one hour ( save $60).

• Facial, head, foot and hand massage - $100 for 1.5 hours.

• Bliss (massage, steam & shirodhara) - $150 for 2.5 hours

• 4 Yoga classes, Reiki and a Massage  - $120 ( save $70).

Relax & Rejuvenate: Learn to Meditate

Connect with your spirit, calm your mind, and recharge your energy on a daily basis. This beginner’s meditation workshop will answer your basic questions such as:  What are the benefits of meditation? How often and for how long should I meditate for? What should you be thinking about while meditating? Am I required to only sit in one position?

Join us and we will practice a guided meditation and discuss ways to maintain a regular meditation routine.

Grounding and the Art of Dynamic Balance

Come join us for simple yet profound embodied practices to deepen our relationship to the Earth, feed the senses, and dissolve habitual patterns of protecting, stabilizing, and bracing ourselves in gravity and in relation to the rapid pace of modern life.

We will play with imagery, movement and sound to allow our systems to slow down to a more natural pace, so that we can find a greater ease in body/mind and tap into a source of energy that is always available.

Wear warm comfortable clothing and bring a Yoga mat or blanket to lie on.
