Don’t believe in god, do believe in good? Then Sunday Assembly might be of interest to you.
I first heard about Sunday Assembly a few weeks ago from an article in the Star Tribune. Since then, it has stuck in my mind as something I’d like to be involved with. I registered for updates and when the founders announced a webinar, I signed up. If you’re also interested in this idea, please join me for the webinar and some discussion afterwards about where we might want to go with the idea.

Sunday Assembly is a growing network of people who want to make the most of this one life we know we have. They describe themselves as a godless congregation that celebrates life. Their motto is "Live Better, Help Often, Wonder More."
A brief description of Sunday Assembly:
• Free to attend, not-for-profit and volunteer-run
• No doctrine and no deity
• Independent and inclusive
• A celebration of the one life we know we have
With over 40 Assemblies around the world already, the founders are reaching out to communities that want to create their own Assembly.
At this meetup, we’ll “attend” the webinar that Sanderson, Pippa, and Mark are hosting. It’s for people interested in hearing about how other cities have organized an Assembly, and discussing next steps as well as input from webinar participants.
