Come join me for a fitness hike on the hills at Murphy Hanrehan - the purpose is to get out, get aerobic exercise, get the heart beating, probably sweat, and move, move move. We typically hike 3.5 - 4.0 mph the entire time. The hiking starts at 9:30 am, so be there a few minutes early to get ready, get introduced etc. To avoid the skeeters while we get ready to go, we'll be meeting in the parking lot near the restrooms.
If you don't have plans to celebrate the day with your mother, feel free to bring a picnic lunch and we'll enjoy lunch together after the hike. Please not picnic interest in the comments.
