We will hike for about 30-40 min and then gather for an hour long Yoga class. My focus is on teaching proper alignment so you can safely experience the many benefits and gifts of this practice. As our modern lives are full and busy we will take time to relax and finish class in a long Savasana.
Please bring a yoga mat, water, sunscreen and bug spray. On warmer and humid days please make sure you drink plenty of water. It's easy to become dehydrated.

No dogs, children or plus 1's. If you have a friend that would like to attend they will need to join the Twin Cities Hiking Meetup.
