an unforgettable ride. an unbeatable destination. a world free of MS The MS 150
PLEASE don't be intimidated by the 150 miles. With the rest stops every 10-15 miles with TONS of food where you can even take a nap if you wanted to think of it more as riding for an hour and a half at a time, just 6 times each day... There's absolutely
NO pressure for completing the ride by a certain time. They even provide vans with trailers that drive around and pick up riders that have decided they want a ride, are injured, or need help with some bike maintenance. Register through the MS site here!
I PROMISE NO MATTER YOUR SHAPE OR ABILITY LEVEL YOU WILL HAVE TONS OF FUN! I have ridden many times and know plenty of people who say this is their first ride of the year!!
No joke. I know people who have only done a 20 mile ride prior to this event and still finished. Believe me it obviously wasn't as easy had we trained, but it was still fun and an AWESOME accomplishment :) Check out all the details on our Twin Cities Social Cycling discussion board! Camping always a free option (inside or out). It's up to you to book your room in Duluth. Per the discussion, I can set aside rooms at the Hinckley Grand Casino. We can break the rooms up 4 to a room or 2 to a room... no problem! There is always the option to stay in the school gym. I am registered with "Team CRA". This is a great group of engineers and they will truck my bike up (nicely) and my gear to a designated location. Yes, MS150 will do this too, but you will have to find your bike and gear amongst hundreds of other bikers. Here, CRA will set up a large tent, a camping area is available, they will have tables and chairs and food available. And you only have to dig your stuff out of 35 other bikers :) To join CRA, hit link:
http://bikemnm.nation... Select "Join an Existing Team" Team Name "CRA" Select "Join" CRA - St. Paul Mitch Bergner Friends and Family Registration is $30 TODAY, the registration fee jumps to $40 Jan 1 -- so register today!! This is also a tax deduction!!! So, if you're not sure, sign up for $30 today and use it as a tax write off. Besides, both Kevin and I have had some great "donation only" massages on this trek.... well worth $30! Hope to see you there! Watch for more details!!!

It was a great ride shared with wonderful people. The event was so well organized, I always felt like we had help if we needed. No flat tires. I met alot of nice people along the way. Jennifer and Kevin were very encouraging. The last 20 miles each day were tough but we did it.
