Last minute Hike! (Bike is already on the trainer :(

Hey all,

While tomorrow wouldn't be bad to ride, my bike is already on the trainer. So I'm going to hike. Warning: I am also going to try an wear out my enthusiastic German Shepherd. She is completely loving, but high energy. Elm Creek is closed for a hunt, so we're going to try Crosby. I've been here before, but only going once a year does not make one familiar, especially with my memory. So if you'd like to join Bella and I, you are more than welcome.

Again, I know there are hiking meet ups, but I am not an organizer for them, and I know most of Y'all

Stolen from Renae's past hike:

This is a beautiful park that I snowshoed on one of Sue's events last winter but I haven't completely explored. It is a wonderful setting along the river and I haven't been to the Hidden Falls portion of the park(s). The website says 6 miles of trails but not sure if that is both Crosby Farms and Hidden Falls or for each park. Plan on at least 2 hours of hiking/walking, maybe more, maybe less. We will be looping back thru the parking area if anyone wants to hike less. I'm not sure if the water or bathroom facilities are available so be prepared. And remember...I'm not an expert or totally familiar with this park so bring a big smile, flexibility, laughter, and an adventuresome spirit and join me on this hike. Hope to see you there! We always have fun for sure!!!! After the hike, we can meet for some food and beverages nearby at Champs in St Paul. The website is http://champpsstpaul....My cell number is

Great way to start the day. Thanks JR for giving me an excuse to get out on a beautiful morning. And Bella was very well-behaved!

Would it be okay to bring my very laid back people and dog friendly Lab?
