Advanced meditation technique for stress relief, happiness, inner peace & more

In this workshop you will be introduced to The Twin Hearts Meditation.

The meditation is based on the principle that certain energy centres are entry points to higher levels of consciousness. When a person does the twin hearts, tremendous divine energy flows down to the practitioner and creates a flushing out of stress, negative energies, used up energies, fatigue and inner noise.   

The Twin Hearts Meditation is a simple yet very effective meditation technique that studies the flow of energy within our system, the balance of energy and how it affects us. This balance of energy often governs how we feel, think, act and react and consequently how our children, family and ones around us react to us. When we feel fatigued, stressed out, unhappy or just impatient, the rest of the house tends to follow in that pattern of mood? This meditation helps us to improve our inner state thereby helping us to project positivity to those around us. 

People that have practised this regularly have experienced many benefits. More positivity in their lives, more energy in their system, a greater sense of balance emotionally and mentally, better health, a tremendous sense of inner calmness and peace being just a few.  In this session we will start with an introduction / explanation followed by the actual practise of the meditation.
