Evolving from how we move and develop as children 👶
The plan is to recreate a workout that resembles how we moved/ learned to move and laugh as children.
Breaking down this to the fundamentals and back to basics....we will revisit some of the movement patterns from the last time- Brilliant Basics is the goal!
Then we get to play....handstands, cartwheels, rolling, 3D Movement.
Finish with some mindfulness
Cold water immersion- dip in the beautiful North Sea 🌊 (practice with 10sec exposure in a cold shower!)
Social Science 🧪- coffee with like minded people = the most important part of the session.
