Powerwave is an exciting workout, perfect for all fitness levels. This circuit-style class uses Battle Ropes and body weight exercises that combine strength and explosiveness to activate and integrate all the major muscle groups for a complete and total body workout - with an emphasis on core stability. Get ready to make some serious waves!!!
Class will be located on level two between American Girl and Bloomingdale's until the spring.
